To gain access to our weekly flower market, you’ll open a new wholesale account by submitting your application using the form below.
You’ll need to bring some documents to us upon pickup or email them to us ahead of time– details are below.
The State of Ohio requires us to keep copies of:
(1) Your vendor's license or EIN
(2) A completed State of Ohio Tax Exempt Certificate—regardless of where you are located—this document certifies you are a business charging sales tax and are eligible to purchase at wholesale pricing.
